Title: Hot Cross Buns Ii

Yield: 12 Rolls

1/2cMilk
1/4cShortening (I substituted applesauce)
1tbSugar
1 1/2tsSalt
1/2cWater
1 Egg
1/2tsCinnamon
3cFlour
1pkYeast (I used 1/2 TB. instant active)
FROSTING
4tsMilk
1cConfectioners' sugar
1/4tsVanilla

Do on dough cycle letting rest for 15 mins after kneading.

Shape into rolls and let rise. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

NOTE: If I remember right I think I used all the called for liquid. But hold back a quarter cup of the water and add only if needed. Makes 18.
